Yes, Sea Breezy can be used during high tide as it doesn't reach the beach hut.
However, please check high tide times and plan your visit approximately an hour minimum before or after high tide.
BBQs are strictly prohibited in and around the beach hut.

Unfortunately, our licence conditions prohibit overnight stays.
Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for unfavourable weather conditions or unused dates.
Yes! Sea Breezy is a front-row beach hut directly on the sand, offering a prime location.
There is no running water inside the beach hut, but a water caddy is located under the sink and can be filled from the public drinking water tap behind the beach hut, to the left of the kids park.
The beach hut does not have electricity. There is a gas stove with the gas bottle located in the stove.
Battery-operated lights are provided in the ceiling for added ambiance; please remember to switch them off when not in use.
Public toilets are located behind Sea Breezy, just to the left of the kids park and opposite The Two Sugars Café.

Park as close to the Kids playground as possible in Victoria Esplanade, and walk through the opening to the front row.
You'll find our beautifully decorated striped beach hut, with the beach hut number displayed on the front and back.
We will email you the evening before with the codes for the key safes and padlock.
The closest car park is Victoria Esplanade, West Mersea, Colchester, CO5 8BP, offering 150 spaces.
Opening times are 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week, from March to October, and subject to weather conditions.

During peak seasons, this car park may be full. Alternatively, there is Willoughby Car Park with fees displayed on the board
